Glocal farm-to-fork workshop COMPLET

vendredi, 10 Nov. 2023 / 17:30 - 21:30

2050Today and Association ma-terre are inviting the international Geneva people to a 4-hour workshop to explore how to cook in a sustainable manner.
This activity is designed to help participants develop a sustainable diet thanks to a visit to a local urban farm, followed by a vegetarian cooking class.

This “glocal” sustainable food workshop includes creative recipes and traditional exotic spices to elevate local produce and represent Geneva’s diversity of cultures. By bringing people of various backgrounds together to exchange, explore and spice up, we ultimately aim at having participants adopt local products in their daily diet.

NB. The workshop will be preceded by a short visit to the on-site urban farm, la Ferme de Budé, to learn about its history, development and importance as ambassador of a sustainable agricultural sector. The produce used in the cooking class will be picked there!

Free but mandatory by the 6th of November (only 15 seats available) on 2050Today website page : https://2050today.org/events-healthy-cooking-workshop/
